JIP Clean Mix®
JIP Clean Mix is a new premixed powder for segregation prevention. Ordinarily, graphite powder and metals powders such as Ni, Cu, Mo, are simply blended in the iron powder. However, with JIP Clean Mix, a special treatment is used so that graphite and other additives adhere to the iron powder, giving this product the following advantages.

JFM3 shows 6 times many drilled holes compared with the materials without additives, and also 3 times many drilled holes compared with the materials with MnS. |

It shows superior machinability in the high speed turning over 200m/min. Special additive powders promote to become smaller the cutting chips. Additionally special additive powders are softened by friction heat, then make the protection film on the surface of the tools.
