The West Japan Works is a clean steel plant designed to operate in harmony with nature. Recognizing the importance of the global environment, the Works strives to protect and to conserve the atmosphere and water resources and performs full-fledged energy saving activities.
Having acquired ISO 14001 certification, the international standard for environmental management, the Works contributes to the realization of an affluent society through business activities well-harmonized with the environment.
