| 要旨 : 川崎製鉄（株）では，1989年４月から事務処理業務の電子決裁制度を採用し，このための電子決裁システムを稼働させた。このシステムは，申請者が入力した決裁事項を決裁者へ配信するところから申請者へその結果を返却するまでを含んでいる。構築に当たっては個別アプリケーション密着型ではなく，あらゆる事務処理分野で適用可能な汎用性をもった独立型ソフトとして構築した。現在，総合経費事務，固定資産管理，資機材購買管理の３業務に適用されており，事務処理標準が自動設定されることや，出張先での決裁が可能となることなど，従来の押印ベースの決裁の時にはできなかったことが可能となっている。 |
| Synopsis : In April 1989, Kawasaki Steel Corp. introduced the "Electronic Decision Information Transfer System", which supports the Company's bottom-up approval process procedures through the electronic input and transfer of items to be decided. Before the development of this system, approval had to be confirmed from the lower to the upper ranks of authority by physically stamping a personal seals on a decision approval sheet. Thus, in the absence of higher ranked persons, confirmation of approval was delayed, and in each case, it was necessary to determine the appropriate decision-makers for the subject matter in question. The new system offers the following advantages: (1) standards for the approval process can be automatically made according to the amount of money to be disbursed, and the client, customer, etc., and (2) decisions can be input from terminal displays in KSC network, realizing faster transfer of decision information while decision makers are away from their desks. This system is now applied to the following three business procedures, business expense management, fixed assets management, and material/machinery purchase management, using independent-type software applicable to all business tasks, instead of dependent-type which is limited to specified hardware, languages, and business applications. |
