| 要旨 : 川崎製鉄の財務部門の計画から事務処理までの全業務分野をサポートする一貫した財務情報システムを構築した。当システムは，計画業務を対象とする年度設備資金計画，短期資金計画，月次資金計画，月中資金管理サブシステム，日常事務処理業務を対象とする借入金，有価証券，貸付金，預金，手形，入金支払サブシステムで構成されている。事務分野では，業務の流れに沿った入金支払情報の授受，コンピュータによる作業指示書の自動作成により業務の効率化に寄与している。計画分野では，事務処理分野で発生する収支情報の有効活用，資金計画立案時のケーススタディのサポート，計画の定量的評価を行っている。 |
| Synopsis : Financial information system, which supports all business phases from planning through financial affairs of Kawasaki Steel, has been refurbished. This system consists of the annual financial plan system for facilities, short-term financial plan system, monthly financial plan system, one-month-long financial plan for supporting the planning phase, and borrowing system, securities system, loan system, deposit system, bill system, and receipt and payment system for supporting the operational phase. In the operational phase, the system improves job efficiency by exchanging the information of receipt and payment along the business flow and by making out applications and orders automatically by computer. In the planning phase，the system enables us to use effectively the information of receipt and payment that occur in the operational phase. It also supports the case-study for making financial plans, and estimates the plans quantitatively. |
