Kawasaki Microelectronics (KME) has developed
and marketed ASIC products with true originality and high reliability.
Taking advantage of its remarkable technical skill, KME has also built
a new business model in ASIC industry called “horizontal international
specialization”. This paper describes the outline of KME’s business.
