Application of CAL-WQ(Water Quench) process

  • Series of extra high strength steel sheets with high formability for tensile strength of 780N/mm2 - 1180N/mm2 Classes
  • By designing chemical composition for low carbon equivalent , attain superior spot weldability (cross tensile) and anti-delayed fracture.
  • With high speed and uniform cooling by WQ, attains superior quality stability.
