概要:
建材分野では，資源保護，メンテナンスフリーなどの観点から高耐久化志向が進行しており，使用材料の長寿命化がより一層求められている。55%アルミ・亜鉛合金めっき鋼板は優れた耐食性を示すことから，屋根・外壁用途を中心に生産量が急速に増加している。当社は耐食性に優れた55%アルミ・亜鉛合金めっき鋼板をベースに，加工部の耐食性を飛躍的に向上させた高耐食有機複合被覆鋼板「スーパージーニアス」，および本鋼板の課題である加工部クラックを解決した新塗装鋼板「ガルフレックスカラー」を開発・商品化した。本稿では，これらの開発経緯および主要性能について述べる。
Abstract:
Higher durability are increasingly
required for construction materials in order to conserve
resources and reduce maintenance work. Since 55%Al-Zn alloy
coated steel sheets exihibit excellent corrosion resistance,
their use such as roofing and siding is expanding. The authors
have developed and commercialized high quality thin organic
coated 55%Al-Zn alloy coated steel sheet "SUPER GENIUS",
and prepainted steel sheet "GALFLEX-COLOR" for
above purpose. This paper outlines the development processes
and main properties.
