概要:
合成スラブ用Cデッキプレートに日本カイザー製の鉄筋トラスを専用スペーサーにより装着した新型デッキプレートCKデッキが現在のCデッキプレートの延長上に位置付けられることを説明した。CKデッキプレートの型枠機能時の性質，鉄筋トラスのせん断変形の制御，Cデッキを使った合成スラブの剛性耐力を試験結果を基に論じ，型枠機能時の設計と，Cデッキ合成スラブの断面性能について述べた。鉄筋トラスを合成スラブ用デッキプレートと組み合わせたCKデッキは，次世代合成スラブ用デッキプレートと言えることが，本稿の結論である。
Abstract:
CK deck plate, comprising existed steel deck plate with re-bar truss, has the extending capacity in the present deck plate market. Three functions required to the steel deck, workerﾕs floor, form work, composite action are satisfied with good balance by the developed CK deck plate. The properties of CK deck plate and the composite floor slab using CK deck are specifically described in this paper. Conclusion of this paper is that this product can be the next generation for the steel deck plate.
