概要:
ストーカ式ごみ焼却炉において,ダイオキシン類排出抑制の観点より燃焼室ガス温度の高温化とともに,今後のごみ焼却炉に求められる低空気比燃焼や高温燃焼による高効率化,低公害化,さらには廃プラなどの高発熱量ごみの焼却などにより更なる高温化が求められている。こうした状況下に対応する耐久性の高い火格子として,水冷化技術を導入し,ごみ焼却炉用水冷火格子を開発するとともに実炉へ適用した。
Abstract:
From the viewpoint of reduced dioxin emission and high gas temperature in the furnace, this newly researched stoker-type refuse incinerator was applied. This incinerator has ratio and a high performance and low pollution emission due to low combustion air ratio and high incineration temperature. In addition to this, a high calorific value refuse such as scrap plastics are charged into the incinerator to create high temperature condition. Corresponding to the situation mentioned and considering the durability of the grates, this water cooling technology is being introduced. The cooling performance of the water-cooled grate was confirmed as a result of the research and its actual application to the plant which be discussed below.
