概要:
近年,CO2の排出削減が緊急の課題となっている状況下で“温暖化防止”というキーワードのもとに国内外で風力発電の普及に追い風が吹くこととなった。この本格的普及の揺籃期の中で当社は1996年にオランダLAGERWEY社と国内独占販売契約を締結し,風力発電分野へ参入した。これまでの受注累積実績は,2001年4月時点で92基となっている。ここでは,当社の風力発電への取り組みについて述べるとともにその中でも重要と位置付ける適地探索に関わる風力発電の適地条件について紹介する。
Abstract:
Lately wind power is becoming increasingly popular in the world including Japan as a source of clean energy as it does not produce CO2 during power generation. In 1996, NKK made sole distributor agreement in Japan with Lagerwey Windturbine B.V. of the Netherlands, a country highly advanced in windturbines . To date, NKK has received wind power plant orders of 92 units already built or being built. This paper reports outline of NKK windturbine business activities and required conditions and techniques for wind turbine site developing.
