| 要旨 : コークス炉炭化室全域の炉壁状態を点検するための炉壁診断システムを開発した。本システムは，高温炭化室内にカメラを挿入して炉壁全体を自動的に撮影する装置と，撮影した映像から画像処理により炉壁の損傷診断を行う装置から構成される。加えてデータベース，インタラクティブなユーザインターフェースも備えている。このため従来の目視点検ではできなかった炉壁全域における老朽化の正確かつ定量的な評価が可能となり，より適切な炉体補修や操業対応が行えるようになった。 |
| Synopsis : The authors have developed a diagnostic system of coke oven walls. This system consists of two major parts; once is to gather pictures inside the coke oven by a moving CCD camera system, and the other is to detect wall defects by the picture recognition method and to store inspected results as a database. To this system the authors have applied their image processor, and developed their original database system and user interface for a convenient and easy operation. This system enables them to estimate the condition and durability of the coke oven more accurately than previously. |
