| 要旨 : エンジニアリング事業部は，千葉ポートスクエア（千葉ポートアリーナ，事務所，ホテル，商業施設，駐車場などからなる大規模複合施設）の建設事業に参画し，開発，設計，施工に取組んできた。千葉ポートアリーナは，当社と清水建設が共同開発したスーパーウィング構法を使った90ｍの大スパンキールトラスが採用され，1990年末に竣功した。21階建のホテル棟の構造設計では複雑な平面形状と高さ方向に不均一な形状のため揺れを考慮した地震応答解析を行った。全体は1993年８月に竣功した。 |
| Synopsis : The authors have been taking part in developing "Chiba Port Square" consisting of a large complex of Chiba Port Arena, an office tower, a city hotel, a shopping, building, parking lots and so on. The construction of Chiba Port Arena was completed in 1990, and the Super-Wing System (pre-stressed steel truss developed in cooperation with Shimiz Corp.) was applied to 90-meter-span keel roof trusses. In the structural design of the hotel tower, an earthquake-response analysis considering the effect of torsional motion was made. Whole construction was completed in August 1993. |
