| 要旨 : 葛川工業(株)で開発した漆フィルムと川崎製鉄鰍ﾌステンレス箔からなる複合材料は新規な漆製品であり，新しい内装建材「漆ラミネートステンレス鋼板」を開発した。漆フィルムとステンレス箔の接着は，エポキシ変性ポリエステル接着剤を用い，漆-ステンレス箔とステンレス鋼板の接着には，熱可塑性ポリオレフィン系感熱接着フィルムを用いた。種々の実験により，各種基材について感熱フィルムの選択および加圧接着条件の選定を行った。漆ラミネートステンレス鋼板は，厚み0.7〜2.0o，幅914oで，６種類の漆が利用でき，漆独特の深みを生かし，内装建材，厨房，自動車等の分野で好評を得ている。 |
| Synopsis : By using Urushi-stainless steel foil which was composed of Urushi film developed by Kuzukawa Kogyo, Co. Ltd. and Kawasaki Steel's stainless steel foil, the authors have developed a new interior decoration material called the “Urushi-laminated stainless steel panel.” The Urushi film and stainless steel foil were bonded with epoxy modified polyester adhesives, and then the Urushi-stainless steel foil and the stainless steel panel were bonded with the thermo-sensitive adhesive film of thermo plastic polyolefin resin. The authors have found by experiments that the thermo-sensitive adhesive films and press bonding conditions of respective adherents are satisfactory. The laminated Urushi-stainless steel panel has a thickness of 0.7 to 2.0mm and a width of 914mm. Six kinds of Urushi can be selectively used for such Urushi stainless steel panels. Thus these panels are enjoying popularity in the use for interior decoration for the building, kitchen and automotive trim, taking advantage of the delicacy of Japanese lacquer (Urushi). |
