| 要旨 : 川鉄テクノリサーチ(株)が行っている製鉄所における分析業務，分析技術の最近の動向と進歩および分析のシステム化について述べ，また分析分野における今後の課題，展望についても述べた。鉄鋼および新素材の研究開発推進のために分析技術の重要性は更に大きくなりつつある。分析技術はますます迅速に，シビアーに，ミクロ化，自動化しつつある。製鉄所においては鉄鋼生産および新素材分析における微量分析，高感度，高精度分析，機器の活用，自動化，システム化の研究が精力的に取組まれている。 |
| Synopsis : This paper describes analytical works, recent trends and advances in analytical techniques, and systematization of analyses at Kawasaki Steel Corp., which conducted by Kawasaki Steel. Techno-research Corp. It also mentions future subjects and views in the analytical field. The importance of analytical techniques to the promotion of research and development in the production of iron and steel and new materials is ever-more increasing. Analytical techniques tend to be faster, more sensitive, microscopic and automatic. The study on trace analysis, analysis for high sensitivity and high accuracy, application of instruments, automation and systematization for iron and steel production, and analysis for new materials are being continued vigorously at the steelworks. |
