| 要旨 : 経営管理分野のリフレッシュを実施した。リフレッシュに際しては，IBM社のBSP（Business system planning）手法を利用し，部門業務の全体的な分析と課題の明確化を行った。新システムは，部門業務全体をシステマティックに支えるもので，業務のよりいっそうの効率化と効果の実現を図った。対象とした部門は，購買，経理，財務，人事労働である。新システムの特徴は，総合システムの実現，業務の特性に応じた計画システムへの構築，新技術の積極的な採用と情報処理サービスを向上させる利用支援システムの提供である。さらに，組織制度，業務分担など現状の仕組みを革新する新しい総合システム化の動きも報告する。 |
| Synopsis : Kawasaki Steel has refurbished its information systems in the field of business management. All job descriptions of respective department businesses were totally analyzed and questions were made clear based on the method of BSP(Business system planning) developed by IBM. The new systems support all department businesses systematically and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the business. Purchase department, accounting department, finance department, and personnel and labour department became the objects of system reformation. Characteristic features of the new systems are materialization of integrated systems, the architecture of system planning depending on the business characteristics of each department, adoption of newly developed technology, and supply of supporting systems to improve information processing service for end users. Then new integrated systems which reform the organization，institution，and present structure of business are reported. |
