| 要旨 : 1983年11月30日，ツバロン製鉄所は，ブラジル国大統領臨席のもとに，盛大に開所式が行われ，本格稼動に入った。スラブ年産能力300万t，南北アメリカ最大の高炉を有する新鋭製鉄所に火がともったわけである。本プロジェクトは，日本(川崎製鉄グループ)，ブラジル(SIDERBRASグループ)，イタリア(FINSIDERグループ)の三国合弁で遂行された。製鉄所の主要設備仕様は下記の通りである。コークス炉：49門×3炉団(炉高6.5 m) 高炉：1基，内容績4415m3 製鋼プラント：280t転炉×2基 分塊プラント：ユニバーサル型分塊圧延機×1基 |
| Synopsis : On the 30th on November, 1983, the inaugurating ceremony of Tubarao Steel Works was held with the honorable presence of the President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and the newly-built steel works, with an annual production capacity of 3000000t of slabs and the largest blast furnace in North and South America, went into successful operation. This project has been carried out with the tripartite close cooperation of Brazil's SIDERBRAS group, Italy's FINISIDER group and Japan's Kawasaki Steel group. Main equipment of the steel works is as follows; Coke oven: 49 ovens×3 batteries Blast furnace: Inner volume of 4415 m3×1 unit Steelmaking plant: 280 t converter×2 units Slabbing mill: Universal type rolling mill×1 unit. This report describes the outlines of the progress of the project and the equipment and operational conditions of the works. |
