自動倉庫用軽量骨組の耐震性
Seismic Study on Rack-Supported Building

要旨 :
ラック (荷棚骨組) に直接屋根,壁に取り付けた一体型立体倉庫の設計を,今次改正された建築基準に準拠して行い,かつ標準化するに当り,耐震性向上の有効な手段としてラックトラスにおける偏心接点を活用することとした。本論ではこの改良ラックの製造安全性を立証すべく実施した接合部と骨組の耐力実験,実物振動実験および数値解析を報告するとともに,本研究で得られた耐震計算資料を示す。
Synopsis :
Rack-supported building, where the rack structure is designed to support roof and side components, has come to be built widely to reduce the total cost of new warehouse construction. Due to economic reasons, rack frames are composed of thin-wall, cold-formed steel members assembled by eccentric connections. This paper presents the analytic and experimental investigations of the effect of eccentrically welded connections on the seismic behavior of rack-supported stuctural systems. The study covers the strength and ductility of the welded connection and the elastic-plastic restoring force characteristics of the rack frame under both static and dynamic loading conditions. The response behavior in tha full-scale shaking table test is also included. Through correlation and evaluation of the test results, the seismic safety as well as the earthquake resistant design techniques of the rack structure have been determined.
