| 要旨 : 千葉製鉄所において，ぶりき切板梱包の機械化は従来より検討が続けられていた。今回，そのほか装梱包資材に一つであり，人が木槌を使い，製品を型として折り曲げ加工していた天蓋を，自動的に成形する装置を完成させた。この結果，梱包荷姿の向上および均一化，梱包作業能率の向上を達成できた。 |
| Synopsis : The automatization of tinplate packing has long been studied in Chiba Works, Kawasaki Steel Corp. The authors have recently succeeded in automatized forming of caps which are the upper part of package for tinplate and which have previously been folded around the products by hand using a wood hammer. As a result of this automatization, package of uniform and better shape and more efficient packing work have been achieved. |
