| 要旨 : 冷延製品の梱包表示用ラベルは，従来マニュアルで作成していたが，ドットマトリックス方式のラベルプリンタを導入し，既存の生産管理用オンラインリアルタイムコンピュータにリンクして，自動作成するシステムを確立した。これにより，ラベル作成者を省力し，ラベルコストの低減にあわせて，梱包費を大幅に削減した。当システムは，国内向製品の基本表示はもとより，輸出向の特殊マークを含んだシッピングマークについても，標準用紙にすべてプリントアウトすることが可能であり，昭和54年2月以来，順調に稼動している。 |
| Synopsis : A new automatic label printing system for marking label of cold-rolled sheet products started its operation in February 1979 using dot matrix type printers at cold rolling plant of Mizushima Works, Kawasaki steel Corp.. In this system, all kinds of figures including specially-shaped shipping marks can be printed out with the aid of operational computer. This system has been successful in saving manpower and packaging cost. |
