| 要旨 : 水島製鉄所棒鋼工場のバーインコイル設備は，1979年3月より操業を開始した。本設備により，12〜38mmφのコイル製品の生産が可能となった。本設備の特徴は，コイル単重2000kgと国内最大級の大型コイルであること，巻取速度が20m/sと高速であること，および H-V 連続圧延機によるノーツイスト圧延と高度な冷却技術により高品質のものが得られることである。 |
| Synopsis : The bar-in-coil plant of the bar mill at Mizushima Works went into operation in Mar. 1979. This plant is designed to produce coils ranging from 12mm to 38mm in diameter. Features of this plant include large weight coil of 2000 kg, high pouring reel speed of 20 mps and high quality by no-twist continuous H-V arrangement of mill-stands. |
