| Synopsis : No.3 Coil Preparation Line with a high speed tension leveller of 1220 mpm line speed. the highest in the world, came into operation in March 1978. This CPL processes ultra-thin full-hard cold-rolled strip, blackplates, tinplates and double reduced strip with thickness of from 0.1 to 1.0 mm and width of from 457 to 1067 mm, incl. The high speed tension leveller fully improves flatness, and so satisfies users' requets. In addition, such new type equipment as a high speed pin hole detector, a horizontal micron oiler, walking beam conveyers and others contribute largely to improving quality. |
