| 要旨 : 千葉製鉄所厚板工場は，16万t体制をめざして設備増強を進め，それに対応して生産性の向上，品質保証を2本の柱として全行程を集中的に管理する厚板オンラインシステムを確立した。当システムはスラブヤード管理システム，装入命令の自動化，プロセスコンピュータとの有機的結合，進捗管理などに力点をおいて開発が進められ，昭和49年8月より稼働を開始した。その結果工程管理の強化，品質保証体制の強化，需要家サービスの向上，生産性の向上，大幅な省力化が達成された。 |
| Synopsis : In order to increase plate mill production at Chiba Works from 100000t/month in 1970 to 160000t/month, an online control system covering an entire production process has been established with another emphasis placed on quality assurance. Completed for start-up in August 1974, this system features slab yard control system, automatization of charging orders, an organic linkage with process computer, an order status information. As a result, a marked improvement has been seen in process control, quality assurance system, customer services, productivity, and also labor-saving. |
