| 要旨 : コイルの結束・梱包作業の自動化，省力化を図るため，アップエンドコイル用結束機（Ｕ型），ダウンエンドコイル用結束機（Ｄ型）および梱包用ラジアル型結束機（Ｒ型）を開発した。これらの結束機に共通する特長は，バンドの接合に点溶接方式を採用したことであり，Ｄ型の大きな特長は，可動流体素子による全空気圧制御方式を採用したことである。Ｒ型では３本のバンドを同時に結束でき，しかも完全自動運転が可能である。本稿ではこれら結束機の構造・動作概略，特長，稼働状況について紹介している。 |
| Synopsis : For automation and labor-saving of banding and packaging of coils, the Company developed the up-end coil banding machine (U-type), the down-end coil banding machine (D-type) and the radial-type banding-packaging machine (R-type). Characteristic features common to these machines is the use of spot-welding system for band welding purpose. Special features of D-type are the use of all-air control unit composed of moving part pneumatic logics. R-type can tie three bands at one time in full automation. This report outlines these machines in respect of mechanism, operation and main features. |
