| 要旨 : わが国におけるＨ形鋼の需要分野は逐次拡大しており，特に超高層ビルに代表される建築構造物に高精度の部材が要求されるようになった。ABC-H工場はこれらの要求にこたえるために設置されたもので，数値制御機械によるＨ形鋼の精密穴あけ・切断の一貫工程の量産工場として1971年３月にスタートした。特長として，安定した品質の製品を短納期で供給できる，加工精度が高い，などがあげられる。 |
| Synopsis : In Japan the demand for H shaped steel has been steadly growing in the new field of steel structure buildings as represented especially by skyscrapers which need for their parts mostly columns with high accuracy. The "ABC-H" plant standing for the Automatic Boring and Cutting system plant for H-shaped steel at Mizushima works had begun its operation in March 1971 in order to meet with the demand as a plant of one continual process of presise boring and cutting for mass production of H-shaped steel, using numerical control machines installed in it. |
