| 要旨 : ライン配置，仕様，稼働状況について紹介する。本ラインはリコイリングとのコンビネーションラインになっているので高稼働率が得られること，板に疵をつけることなく高精度の打抜加工ができるようにするため，ストリップフィーダーにピンチロールフィーダーを採用していることなどの特長を有している。 |
| Synopsis : This paper introduces the outline of the cold rolled strip blanking line installed at Chita Works. As this line is combined with the recoiling facilities, a high operational rate is attained. Besides, a pinch roll is adopted for the strip feeder instead of a conventional leveler feeder, so that the punching can be done with high precision without injuring the strip surface. |
