| 要旨 ： 耐候性鋼材の建築への応用については，国内においても，実施例等によるデータの積上げとともに，仕上材から構造材にわたって，用途が拡大するに到った。本報告は耐候性鋼材が建築へ使用されるに到った経緯，建築材料としての特性・用途および設計，施工上の注意事項等について述べるとともに，RIVER TENの代表的な施工例を紹介したものである。 |
| Synopsis : This paper outlines the development of weathering steel since it was first applied to buildings in U.S.A. and explains its characteristics, grades and various uses in buildings. It also calls special attention to the designing and the execution of works, and introduces typical examples of RIVER TEN steels as they are used in our country. |
