| 要旨 ： RIVER TEN Rは国鉄規格SPAに準じて開発された鉄道車輌用耐候性高張力鋼である。RIVER TEN Rの深絞り性，張り出し性，および伸びフランジ性などのプレス成形性は高張力鋼としては良好であり，また車輌の施工に際して行なわれる各種溶接および熱加工において特別な注意を必要としない。 |
| Synopsis : RIVER TEN R is a high-strength, atmospheric corrosion resisting steel sheet used for making railway cars and its chemical compositions and nominal properties are the same as those of "SPA" steel, which is specified by Japan National Railway's Standard. Forming properties such as deep-drawability, stretchability and stretch-flangeability of RIVER TEN R sheet are superior to those of other steels with the same tensile strength level of 50 kg/mm2. Various welding and heat-treating techniques used for construction of railwaycars can be applied without special precautions. |
