| 要旨 : ホットコイルをシャーラインにて剪断し，切板として出荷する場合，需要家における用途によって切板の表裏両面の検査をする必要がある。ここに紹介する川鉄式検板機は，切板の裏面検査を能率よく，しかも少ない作業人員で安全に行ない，選別，パイリングも同時にできる機械として開発した当社独自の設備である。本文はこの川鉄式検板機の概要について報告したものである。 |
| Synopsis : Developed by Kawasaki Steel for the improvement of inspection efficiency pertaining to hot-rolled cut-length sheets, the machine has proved excellent in its performance. In addition to its usefulness in assorting and piling the sheets, the machine enables the inspectors to check back side of the sheet with much more ease and safety, while it can almost halve the labor requirement as compared with the case of conventional method. |
