| 要旨 : Ｈ形鋼メーカーである当社では，早くからＨ形鋼を使用した鉄骨アパートの研究開発を行なっていたが，最近この研究の成果を，当社の社宅（高層アパートへの第一段階として４階建）に適用して試作工事を行なった。本報では試作工事の概要と本構造に使ったプレキャスト耐震壁とその接合に関する実験について述べている。 |
| Synopsis : Based on its several years' research on the application of H-shapes for the construction of prefabricated apartment houses, Kawasaki Steel Corporation recently built a 4-storied company house for employees as a first step toward the commercialization of multi-storied buildings. This paper outlines the construction with emphasis upon the test of precast concrete walls, their connectors with steel columns and girders used in this construction. |
